WHAT ARE THE CELEBRATION STEPS?

In 2017 the Foundation set out to revive the much loved area overlooking Willow Pond and Fly Casting Pond with the creation of a community initiative entitled the Celebration Steps. Donations were made by the community to secure engraved pavers, personalised with messages of love and celebration. There has been a wonderful response from the community with over 400 pavers laid at the Celebration Steps to date, raising over $225,000 to support and enhance Centennial Parklands. Phase III of the initiative is currently open to the community with over 100 pavers donated already. If you are interested in donating a paver to celebrate a loved one please find further information here. Phase III will close on 14 December 2021.
